Plastic, everyone has it in their homes. It is all around us. We use it every day. And it never really goes away. Instead, plastic breaks down into smaller and smaller plastic particles; micro- and nanoplastics.
The smaller the plastic, the greater the impact on our health. We breathe, eat and drink plastic. Scientific research shows, that plastic is found almost everywhere in the human body. Even in our blood, with possible consequences.
As long as the production of new plastic does not stop, we will continue to mop up. That's why Plastic Soup Foundation campaigns, conducts scientific research and advocates new laws and regulations. So that makers and distributors of plastic are called to order.
